Vehicle Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all vehicle giveaways, live shows, promotions, and competitions (collectively referred to as the “Giveaways”) operated by The Vault Official (“we”, “us”, “our”). By entering, purchasing an entry, or participating in any Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

 

1. Eligibility

 

 

1.1. Giveaways are open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

 

1.2. Participants must be legally permitted to enter under the laws of their country of residence.

 

1.3. Proof of age and identity may be required prior to prize award.

 

1.4. Employees, agents, or affiliates of The Vault Official may be excluded where required by law.

 

 

 

 

2. Nature of the Giveaway

 

 

2.1. Vehicles are given away free of charge to the winner. Entry fees (if applicable) are for participation in the live show, entertainment, and promotion, not for the purchase of the vehicle.

 

2.2. All Giveaways are conducted live and in accordance with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including consumer protection and promotional competition requirements.

 

2.3. A winner will only be drawn once all entries for the relevant live show are fully sold out.

 

2.4. If a live show does not sell out, the draw may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled at our discretion.

 

 

 

 

3. Vehicle Description & Condition

 

 

3.1. All vehicle descriptions are provided in good faith and are general descriptions only.

 

3.2. The condition of the vehicle may change between the time of promotion and the time of handover due to use, storage, transport, weather, or other factors.

 

3.3. Mileage may increase prior to delivery or collection and is not guaranteed to remain the same as advertised.

 

3.4. Vehicle specifications, features, trim levels, colours, accessories, and modifications may vary slightly from those advertised.

 

3.5. Vehicles are awarded as seen and without warranty, unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

3.6. We recommend that winners inspect the vehicle upon collection or delivery.

 

 

 

 

4. Vehicle Value

 

 

4.1. Any stated vehicle value is a guide value only.

 

4.2. The stated value may not reflect the exact market value, retail value, trade value, or resale value of the vehicle at the time of award.

 

4.3. No cash alternative is available unless explicitly stated.

 

 

 

 

5. Winner Selection & Notification

 

 

5.1. Winners are selected live during the relevant show using a transparent and fair draw process.

 

5.2. Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry.

 

5.3. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are correct.

 

 

 

 

6. Delivery & Collection

 

 

6.1. Vehicles must be collected or delivered within [X] days of the winner being notified, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6.2. Delivery (if offered) may be subject to location, logistics, and scheduling availability.

 

6.3. The winner must provide all required documentation (including valid driving licence and proof of identity) prior to handover.

 

6.4. If the winner fails to arrange or complete collection or delivery within the agreed timeframe, the prize will be forfeited.

 

6.5. In the event of forfeiture, we reserve the right to redraw the prize or dispose of it as we see fit.

 

 

 

 

7. Taxes, Insurance & Running Costs

 

 

7.1. Unless otherwise stated, the winner is responsible for:

 

• Vehicle insurance

• Road tax (if applicable)

• Fuel

• Ongoing maintenance and running costs

 

 

7.2. Any tax implications arising from winning a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

 

 

 

8. Live Shows

 

 

8.1. All live shows are conducted for entertainment purposes and comply with applicable legal and platform regulations.

 

8.2. We reserve the right to:

 

• Modify show schedules

• Substitute hosts

• Pause, restart, or reschedule live shows due to technical or operational issues

 

 

8.3. Any decisions made during the live show are final.

 

 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for:

 

• Any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of the vehicle

• Mechanical, cosmetic, or electrical issues after handover

• Changes in vehicle condition, mileage, or specification

 

 

9.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

 

 

 

10. General

 

 

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.

 

10.2. Our decision in all matters relating to the Giveaway is final and binding.

 

10.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

10.4. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
